Saundra Reyes is a Stockton native and graduated from Saint Mary’s High School with honors as a lifelong member of the California Scholarship Federation (CSF). She then earned her Bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, East Bay. During her time at East Bay, Saundra was an active member of student affairs, and was an inaugural member of the Associated Students Legislative Affairs Lobby Corps. As a Lobby Corps. member, she tracked legislation concerning students, met with local legislative representatives, and attended the annual California Higher Education Student Summit (CHESS) to advocate for students’ interests throughout California.
Saundra’s lifelong passion for helping others led her to continue her studies at Humphrey’s College, Laurence Drivon School of Law, in Stockton where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate. As a legal intern, Saundra participated in the collaborative courts program where she ensured her clients were adequately informed and represented in the courtroom, and participated in small claims and family law clinics open to the local community. After graduation, Saundra worked as a personal injury litigation paralegal, using her passion to zealously assist those injured by various accidents ranging from motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls to catastrophic injuries.
Outside of the office, Saundra enjoys spending time with her family, watching baseball games, listening to live music, and traveling.
